Remington 700 Series Safety and Recall Notice

Remington Arms Company, LLC (“Remington”) has voluntarily issued a recall on their Remington Model 700™ and Model Seven™ rifles with X-Mark Pro® (“XMP®”) triggers, manufactured from May 1, 2006 to April 9, 2014. 

The company has determined that some Model 700 and Model Seven rifles with XMP triggers could, under certain circumstances, unintentionally discharge. As a means to ensure user safety,  they are undertaking this recall.

Moms Take Aim Against Gun Bill

On Tuesday, a group of moms joined one of the most explosive debates at The State Capitol this year....gun rights.  

The Georgia Chapter of Moms took aim at a bill passed last week in the House that would expand gun rights in public places like churches, schools, and government buildings because they feel the bill is dangerous.

Homeowner Shoots Home Invader Who Found Her Hiding!!

Walton County Chief Deputy Keith Brooks reported to Fox 5 news that a Loganville mother shot an alleged home invader several times on Friday.

 


 
The woman was working upstairs in her home on Henderson Ridge Lane when she spotted a man outside the window.  The woman was home alone with her 9-year-old twins and heard the man knock at the door. She called her husband, who told her that he wasn't expecting anyone at the house.

Shooting the Kel-Tec KSG Bullpup Shotgun

Had an opportunity to shoot the Kel-Tec KSG Bullpup Shotgun recently. The KSG is an innovative and progressive piece of hardware coming from the folks over at Kel-Tec who have brought along quite a few thought provoking products out of their production lines.

 Though the total package of the KSG is under 27 inches in length, it offers the operator a 14 +1 capacity using 2 3/4' shells or  12 +1 if you're shooting the more powerful 3" shells....quite an impressive feat for such a small package. ...
