On June 23, 2012 Atlanta area college students were once again victimized by violent crime. 3 different college students reported being held at gunpoint held at 3 different locations. All 3 locations were near the Georgia Tech campus. In each of the 3 separate armed robberies, the victims reported that the robbers took cell phones and any other items they were carrying while holding them at gunpoint.
Students around Atlanta colleges continue to be victimized by violent crime and dangerous thugs. I would strongly encourage students to take a proactive approach to their own personal safety.
